Dr. Penelope DeLeon, Superintendent of Glendora Unified School District, has been a dedicated public-school educator for nearly 30 years. She has worked in multiple roles in education and has a full breadth of experience and understanding of how our schools work and what students and faculty need to achieve the best results, and it shows. Dr. DeLeon has been recognized as the 2018 ACSA Region 13 Superintendent of the Year and was named one of the 2020 Top 10 Women Superintendents to Watch by Vision and Purpose Magazine. She has also served on the College Board Advisory Council as well as the Board of Directors for the California Linked Learning Alliance.
